THROUGH THE IRIDESCENT GATE

SOFTWARE · FIRMWARE · HARDWARE — ONE SENIOR TEAM

Human architects.
Autonomous agents.
Production systems.

DevClawer is the elite studio that orchestrates frontier AI agents — Hermes, OpenClaw, Claude, GLM-5.3, Qwen — under senior human engineering, and ships the result through real CI/CD. Back-office automation, edge-AI hardware, and SaaS that survives contact with scale.

THE THREE PILLARS

Three disciplines.
One accountable team.

01 / 03

01 — Autonomous Agentic Workflows · 22s

Tool-calling pipelines

Typed tool contracts, retries, idempotency — agents that can be trusted with write access.

Model routing

Right model per task via OpenRouter. Flagship for planning, fast & cheap for volume.

Firmware to cloud

Schematic, BSP, OTA, fleet telemetry — one repo, one team, no hand-offs.

Guardrails by design

Spend caps, approval gates, sealed audit logs. Autonomy with a paper trail.

ROI & TOKEN ECONOMICS

Run the numbers.
Then hold us to them.

Agent economics only work with ruthless model routing. Drag the sliders — this is the same model we put in proposals, and the baseline we instrument against after launch.

PILLAR 01 · AGENTIC WORKFLOWS

FinOps reconciliation swarm

Series-C fintech · payments

A five-agent fleet (Hermes orchestrator, OpenClaw executors) reconciles Stripe ↔ ledger ↔ bank feeds nightly. Model routing sends classification to Qwen, exceptions to Claude — with a hard human-approval gate above $5k. Audit log is hash-sealed per run.

Back-office automation

Invoice, claims and onboarding pipelines across 6 ERPs — agents reconcile, humans approve exceptions.

Fleet telemetry platform

42k devices streaming into a rules + SLM triage layer. Exceptions page humans; silence means healthy.

FinTech core rebuild

Double-entry ledger, idempotent payment rails, reconciliation swarm. Passed two external audits.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Senior humans in charge. Agents on the tools.

A fixed operating system for every engagement — whether we're automating your back office or shipping silicon.

  1. WEEK 0–1

    Discovery & systems audit

We map your stack, data flows and cost leaks. You get an architecture memo with build / don't-build verdicts — before any code.

    01
  2. WEEK 1–3

    Architecture & agent topology

Humans design: agent roles, tool contracts, guardrails, firmware boundaries. Prototypes prove the riskiest assumption first.

    02
  3. WEEK 3–8

    Build in the open

Agents accelerate implementation inside strict CI: typed, tested, reviewed by senior engineers. You watch progress in a live staging environment.

    03
  4. WEEK 8+

    Harden, ship, operate

Load tests, HIL rigs, red-team the guardrails, then gradual rollout. We stay on the pager until the metrics say we're done.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Asked on almost every first call.

Who actually writes the code — humans or agents?

Both, with a hard line between them: human architects own system design, data models and security boundaries. Agents (Hermes / OpenClaw fleets routed across Claude, GLM-5.3, Qwen) implement against typed contracts inside CI, and every merge passes senior human review. You always know which is which — it's in the commit history.

How do you keep autonomous agents from doing something expensive or wrong?

Guardrails are architectural, not prompt-based: per-agent spend caps, allow-listed tools, idempotent actions, and human-approval gates for irreversible or high-value operations. The fleet in the terminal above held $48k of invoices for a human — by design, not by luck.

Can you work with our existing stack and team?

Yes — most engagements embed with an internal team. We integrate with your repos, CI and cloud, and we leave behind runbooks your team can operate without us. No hostage architectures.

What does an engagement cost?

Fixed-scope builds typically start at $25k; embedded architecture + agent operations retainers are monthly. Every proposal includes the token/run-cost model, so your CFO sees the full picture before signing.

DISCOVERY INTAKE

Tell us what's
expensive, slow,
or impossible.

One business day, a human architect replies with first-principles feedback: what we'd automate, what we wouldn't, and what it should cost. If we're not the right team, we'll say so and point you onward.

  • Architecture memo before any proposal
  • Token & run-cost model in writing
  • NDA on request — before the first call
